Hourly rates:
Hourly rates depend on the nature and complexity of the services required.

Basic bookkeeping and data capturing - from R 150

Senior bookkeeping and accounting services - from R 200

Compiling of financial statements - from R 300

Management Accounts - this would most likely be included in your monthly fees above. However, we would be able to provide you with Management Accounts only if so required. 

Payroll Services - fees are based on the nature of the business and number of employees per payroll and start from as little as R 40 per staff member per month. 

VAT 201 - This service is only available if we are doing your monthly bookkeeping, in which case it would ve included in the fee.


Secretarial services - (new compant registration, CIPC annual return, etc.) - Request a quote

The following factors are taken into account when deremining the final hourly rate:

The complexity of the work to be undertaken

Specialised knowledge, research and responsibility involved


Hourly rates increase annually on the 1st March. 


The service and fee provided will be agreed with the client before any work is commenced. All work in the progress during the month is billed at month-end, orrespective of whether the project is completed or not. 


Under certain circumstances a minimum advance against anticipated fees may be required prior to commencement or continuance of assignments.


Payment is due on presentation of the invoice. 


Charges are levied seperately for:

  • Travelling expenses currently charged at R 3.50 per kilometer

  • Parking

  • Certain stationary, e.g. accounting books billed at cost

  • Consultation or meetings with the client's audito or accounting officer

  • Telephone call time

  • Printing and/or copy charges
